BBQ Glazed Baked Beans

These BBQ Glazed Baked Beans are sweet, smoky, and loaded with flavor thanks to the bold kick from @acbarbeque sauce and savory layers of ground beef, crispy bacon, and spices. Perfect as a side or a whole meal!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef

• 2 cans Bush’s Baked Beans (28 oz total)

• 4–5 slices hickory-smoked bacon, baked until crispy then chopped

• 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

• 1/2 small yellow onion, diced

• 1/2 cup AC Barbeque sauce

• 1/3 cup brown sugar

• 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 2 tbsp pineapple juice

• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

• Season ground beef with Nature’s Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Bake bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet at 400°F for 15–20 minutes or until crispy. Chop and set aside.

3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with diced green pepper and onion. Season with Nature’s Seasoning and drain excess fat.

4. In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine baked beans, cooked beef mixture, chopped bacon, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, yellow and Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and cinnamon.

5. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated. Drizzle more BBQ Sauce on top!

6. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 45–50 minutes, until thickened and caramelized on top.

Let them sit for 10 minutes before serving to thicken and deepen the flavor.
